Job summary

HD Supply in India seeks a senior SAP leader to drive MM/WM across global SAP programs, focusing on S/4HANA migration and integration with SD and FI modules.

The role requires 12+ years SAP experience, 23+ years in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migrations, and proven governance, testing, cutover, and go-live execution capabilities.

You will lead functional teams, collaborate with PMO, architects, and vendors, and ensure timely delivery in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong depth in MM/WM.
• 23+ years end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration experience.
• Experience in large enterprise SAP programs and global delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for SAP MM/WM across implementation and support initiatives.
• Act as the primary functional escalation and design authority; drive fit-to-standard and fit-gap assessments.
• Lead integrations between MM/WM and SAP S/4HANA (SD, MM, FI); oversee interfaces including IDocs, APIs, middleware, and LSP systems.
• Manage functional delivery for SAP implementation and transformation programs; govern SIT, UAT, regression and go-live readiness.
• Lead and mentor functional leads and consultants; report status, risks and dependencies to PMO and stakeholders.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional & Domain Leadership

• Provide functional leadership for SAP MM/WM across implementation and support initiatives

• Drive alignment across logistics, supply chain, and IT stakeholders

S/4HANA & Integration Ownership

• Lead integrations between MM/WM and SAP S/4HANA (SD, MM, FI)
• Oversee interfaces including IDocs, APIs, middleware, and third-party logistics systems
• Ensure end-to-end material management and purchasing

Delivery & Program Execution

• Manage functional delivery for SAP implementation and transformation programs
• Govern SIT, UAT, regression, and go-live readiness activitiesSupport cutover planning and post go-live stabilization

People and Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor functional leads and consultants
• Partner with PMO, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders
