Job summary

Aakshya Infra Projects in Mumbai seeks an experienced SAP MM specialist to lead S/4HANA MM implementation, configuration, development and support. You will manage end-to-end P2P processes, material/service master data and integration with FI/CO/SD.

The role requires strong hands-on SAP MM with cross-functional collaboration, UAT, production support, and monthly close activities. You will prepare BRDs, test scenarios and MIS reports while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on SAP MM experience.
• Strong exposure to S/4HANA, P2P, Inventory Management and cross-functional integration.
• Experience with implementation/development backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA MM implementation, configuration and support.
• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) including PR, PO, GRN, MIRO and invoices.
• Configure and troubleshoot PR/PO approval workflows.
• Prepare BRDs/functional specs, test scenarios and user manuals.
• Conduct UAT, functional testing, regression testing and production validation.
• Coordinate with FI, CO, SD, PP and ABAP/Technical teams.
• Support month-end activities and posting processes.
• Prepare MIS reports such as Aging Report and Open PR/PO Report.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle SAP S/4HANA MM implementation, configuration, development and support.
• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including PR, PO, GRN, SES and Invoice Verification.
• Manage Material Master & Service Master creation, modification and validation.
• Configure and troubleshoot PR/PO approval workflows and release strategies.
• Handle inventory management, stock transfers, reservations, goods issues and goods receipts.
• Support inventory reconciliation and reports such as MB52, MB5B, MIGO and customized reports.
• Analyze and resolve P2P, GRN/MIRO, G/L account determination and account assignment issues.
• Coordinate with FI, CO, SD, PP and ABAP/Technical teams for integration and issue resolution.
• Prepare BRDs/functional specifications, test scenarios, user manuals and process documentation.
• Conduct UAT, functional testing, regression testing and production validation.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud configuration and CBC-related activities.
• Handle production issues, root-cause analysis and functional solutioning.
• Support month-end activities, MM posting-period management and closure of pending transactions.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports including Aging Report and Open PR/PO Report.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to identify requirements and drive SAP MM process improvements.
• Assist in implementation of new business requirements and enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidates with 810 years of strong hands-on SAP MM experience, preferably from implementation/development backgrounds, with good exposure to S/4HANA, P2P, Inventory Management and cross-functional integration.
