Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a hands-on Tax Technology specialist to join our dynamic Tax Delivery team in Gurugram. You will translate complex business needs into technology solutions across the full change lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, testing and implementation support.

You will collaborate with engineers, data specialists and stakeholders, contribute to data warehousing, ETL, and cloud environments (AWS or GCP), and help deliver compliant, scalable tax

Qualifications

• Stakeholder engagement and business analysis expertise, with the ability to understand Finance and Tax processes and translate complex regulatory and operational needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong requirements and process modelling skills, including proficiency in user stories, process flows, data mappings, and other structured BA artefacts.
• Solution design and collaboration capability, working effectively with engineers, architects, and data specialists to validate fit for purpose solutions aligned to target architectures, data standards, and controls.
• Agile delivery and lifecycle knowledge, encompassing backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing support, defect management, and implementation readiness.
• Solid application and data engineering fluency, spanning SaaS and on prem platforms, data warehousing and ETL, scheduling tools, and cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
