Job summary

Ace Recruitment Placement Consultants is seeking an experienced Talent Management professional to lead enterprise talent architecture, governance, and leadership development in a BFSI context in Mumbai. The role focuses on building and implementing the Talent Management framework, including performance integration and succession planning.

You will design HiPo acceleration programs, establish differentiated tracks, and drive data-driven decisions through talent analytics and governance forums.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Talent Management / Leadership Development in BFSI.
• Experience in large BFSI institutions is preferred.
• Exposure to succession planning, HiPo frameworks, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Talent Architecture and governance of Talent Management framework.
• Build 9-box talent matrix, HiPo identification models, and talent segmentation.
• Integrate performance, potential, and assessment data into a unified system.
• Identify and govern enterprise critical roles; build at least two successors per role.
• Develop bench strength dashboards and talent risk metrics; drive leadership discussions and reporting.
• Design HiPo acceleration programs and differentiated tracks (Enterprise HiPo pool, Apex leadership cohort).
• Lead Leadership Development Architecture with role-based academies and enterprise forums.
• Drive data-backed decision-making using talent analytics and calibration workshops.

Execution of Talent Management framework & Governance
