Job summary

Ace Recruitment Placement Consultants is seeking a senior Talent & Leadership specialist to drive succession planning and leadership development across the organization. The role will identify critical positions, build pipelines and monitor readiness and talent risks while partnering with senior HR and business leaders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HiPo programs, 9-box frameworks and governance analytics, and can translate insights into strategic actions for executive

Responsibilities

• Identify critical positions, build successor pipelines and track readiness and risks.
• Design and drive HiPo acceleration and leadership development programs.
• Conduct Talent Councils, calibrations and track metrics like pipeline strength and leadership attrition risk.
• Provide visibility to senior leadership and partner with CEO/ExCo on pipeline and talent decisions.
• Prefer candidates with experience beyond training delivery or Talent Acquisition.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• A major part of the role will be to identify critical positions across the organization, build successor pipelines, strengthen leadership bench strength and track successor readiness and talent risks.
• You will also be involved in designing and driving HiPo acceleration and leadership development programs, including stretch assignments, strategic projects, cross-functional exposure, leadership academies and enterprise leadership forums.
• Another important aspect is talent governance and analyticsconducting Talent Councils and calibration discussions and tracking metrics such as HiPo pipeline strength, successor readiness, internal fill rates and leadership attrition risk.
• The role will have significant visibility with senior leadership. The person will partner with CEO/ExCo/business leaders and senior HR stakeholders on leadership pipeline, succession and talent decisions.
• We are ideally looking for somebody who has independently worked on Talent Management, Succession Planning, HiPo/9-box frameworks and Leadership Development, rather than somebody whose experience is predominantly training delivery or Talent Acquisition.
