Job summary

Ananth Technologies invites a seasoned professional to lead the production of T/R modules for radar and defence applications in Bengaluru. You will supervise end-to-end manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, and delivery of high-reliability RF/microwave assemblies.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in RF/microwave manufacturing, production planning, and transition from prototype to serial production, with strong leadership of a technical team and adherence to AS9100/IPC standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in RF/microwave or high-reliability electronics manufacturing.
• Experience leading production of T/R modules or AESA radar subsystems.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and IPC standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of T/R modules and RF/microwave assemblies.
• Plan production, manpower, equipment, and material needs to meet delivery commitments.
• Oversee die bonding, wire bonding, soldering, RF assembly, and testing.
• Ensure RF performance, yield, reliability, and repeatability.
• Transition designs from prototype to serial production.
• Drive root-cause analysis for production/test failures.
• Maintain process documentation, traceability, and workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with RF Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Programs.
• Support customer inspections and production reviews.
• Develop production engineers and technicians.

Role Overview

Ananth Technologies is looking for an experienced T/R Module Production Manager to lead the manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, and delivery of high-reliability Transmit/Receive (T/R) Modules for radar and defence applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of T/R Modules and RF/microwave assemblies.
• Plan production, manpower, equipment, and materials to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage processes such as die/component attachment, wire bonding, soldering, RF assembly, mechanical integration, sealing, and testing, as applicable.
• Establish and control manufacturing processes to achieve consistent RF performance, yield, reliability, and repeatability.
• Lead productionisation and transition of new designs from prototype to serial production.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production and test failures.
• Ensure complete process documentation, configuration control, traceability, ESD control, and workmanship standards.
• Coordinate closely with RF Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams.
• Support customer inspections, qualification, acceptance, and production reviews.
• Lead and develop production engineers, supervisors, technicians, and operators.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in RF/microwave, radar, defence electronics, or high-reliability electronics manufacturing.
• Strong experience in T/R Module, RF Module, AESA radar module, or microwave subsystem production.
• Proven experience managing production teams and serial manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of RF/microwave manufacturing and testing processes.
• Experience handling production for BEL, DRDO, LRDE, ISRO, or other defence/space organisations will be strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100, IPC standards, Lean manufacturing, yield improvement, and production quality systems is desirable.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
