Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional program management with supply chain, production, quality and regulatory teams.
  • Drive operational risk mitigation to reduce penalties, stockouts, and inventory losses.
  • Evaluate capex and infrastructure requests with ROI analysis and demand forecasting.
  • Monitor project execution, ensure readiness for qualification, audits, and product pipeline integration.
  • Accelerate strategic programs managed by the Quality Leader to avoid delays.
  • Prepare live dashboards and concise leadership briefs; highlight critical issues.

Job description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Quality, responsible for driving strategic, cross‑functional initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory functions , etc. The role requires a non‑conventional project management approach to ensure organizational strategies are effectively implemented, with strong emphasis on operational excellence, compliance, and timely delivery of manufacturing and quality programs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Cross‑functional program management: Collaborate with supply chain, production, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of high‑priority programs.

  • Operational risk mitigation: Drive initiatives to minimize penalties, avoid out‑of‑stock situations, and reduce expired inventory losses through proactive monitoring and execution.

  • Capex and infrastructure evaluation: Assess open capital expenditure requests and new infrastructure projects, ensuring detailed justification, ROI analysis, and demand forecasts are prepared for management review.

  • Project execution monitoring: Oversee ongoing infrastructure projects, track progress, identify challenges, and ensure readiness for qualification, audits, and product pipeline integration.

  • Strategic program acceleration: Ensure fast‑track progress of priority projects directly managed by the Quality Leader , avoiding delays and bottlenecks.

  • Management reporting: Maintain live dashboards, prepare meeting briefs, consolidate cross‑functional updates, and highlight critical issues requiring leadership attention.


Core Competencies:



  • 5–7 years of PMO experience with exposure to manufacturing or quality operations.

  • Proven ability to work with senior leadership in driving organizational priorities.

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; advanced expertise in MS Excel and familiarity with visual dashboards/data analytics platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management within manufacturing or quality domains.


Industry Experience:



  • Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry (manufacturing/quality preferred).

  • Prior experience in manufacturing strategy or PMO functions for at least 2 years.

  • Strong understanding of compliance, audits, and regulatory readiness in manufacturing environments.


Educational Background:



  • A management degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
