Job summary

Prateek Group seeks a senior MEP Lead to drive execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC and ELV systems for large real estate projects. You will review drawings and BOQs, coordinate with architects and contractors, and monitor progress against budgets and timelines.

The role requires 15–20 years in MEP execution with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, ensuring compliance with NBC and IS codes across projects.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 15–20 years of experience in MEP execution for real estate projects.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role with project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs; coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage contractors, vendors, billing, and material planning.
• Ensure NBC, IS Codes and statutory compliance.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor MEP teams with cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
