JK Tyre in Rajasthan seeks a senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance for TBM, Bias Cutters, Bead Winding and related processes. You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans and drive equipment health monitoring to avoid stoppages.

Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, energy management, and coordination with production and engineering shifts. Proficiency in SAP and general computer applications is required.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in mechanical engineering required.
• 10+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience in energy management and maintenance planning.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance for TBM, Bias Cutters, Bead Winding and Cold Preparation Area.
• Mechanical breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Improvements and equipment modifications.
• Develop maintenance plans with condition monitoring to prevent stoppages.
• Monitor energy efficiency parameters and implement corrective actions.
• Spare parts planning and management.

Role & responsibilities

• TBM, Bias Cutters, Bead Winding and Cold Preparation Area.


• Mechanical Breakdown and Preventive/Predictive maintenance Activities


• Improvement activities and Equipment Modifications


• Develop maintenance plan- condition monitoring to find out equipment health to avoid stoppage, breakdown analysis


• Monitoring Energy Efficiency parameters of Equipment's and take Corrective, Preventive Actions


• Spare parts planning and management
