Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre is seeking a candidate to support novel product development of Electrical & Electronics lamp components, focusing on head lamps and tail lamps. The role involves integrating supplier systems and driving early design improvements within the development process.

The ideal candidate will understand automotive lamp manufacturing and contribute to completing joint Product Partnership Agreements (PPA) with suppliers, ensuring robust product updates and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive lamp design and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to develop and implement systems at supplier end.
• Knowledge of head lamp and tail lamp components.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in new product development of electrical and electronics components for lamps.
• Identify and drive improvements early in product development; coordinate with suppliers to complete joint PPA.
