Job summary

Havells in Neemrana, India is seeking a Quality professional to oversee Customer Care Quality, Process & Outgoing Quality, and New Product Introduction. The role includes working with Supplier and Incoming Quality, IMS initiatives, and people engagement within a manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have knowledge of LED products and processes, validation tests, casting/injection molding and stamping, and strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated management systems and core tools.
• Knowledge of warranty analysis and quality analytics.
• Familiarity with Weibull analysis and quality tools.

• AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, FMEA)
• Knowledge of Warranty analysis , M-Graph/Nevada Chart applications, Weibull Analysis
• Expert in MS Excel & Powerpoint

Functional SKILLS REQUIRED

• Knowledge of LED Product and process
• Basic knowledge of Lighting Process, Validation test, commodity exposure for casting, Injection molding and stamping.
