Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Mumbai invites a seasoned professional to monitor spare parts sales, ensure on-time availability for dealer/OEM channels, and support parts operations across the supply chain.

You will help drive stock management, order follow-ups and urgent supplies. The role emphasizes building capability through training of Parts managers and SBMs, with emphasis on process discipline and performance against targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To achieve the Sales plan of spares through monitoring progress vis-à-vis targets with RegO Service and Supply Chain teams
• Analysis of parts consumption and coordinating with technical team to maintain critical parts stock for technical failures and field service actions
• Lay down controlling guidelines in Spares Policy by comparing with set policies and reviewing future targets and market requirements
• Support RegO Service team/AD dealers for urgent supplies and resolution by following up with warehouse and plants to ensure availability of spare parts
• Ensure capability building through training Parts managers and SBMs via established training model

Job description

1. To monitor and support Spare parts sales for dealer channel and OEM business
2. To ensure ontime availability of sparess, thus increasing sales volumes and customer satisfaction
3. Capability building of SBM and Dealer Part Managers on parts operations
4. Reviewing Open Orders and Proactive Esacalations basis trend to various stake holders
5. Analysis of parts consumption, cordinating with technical team, maintain critical parts stock basis technical failure /field service actions

Key Responsibiltiies:

(1)To achieve the Sales plan of spares through continuously monitoring the progress vis-à-vis set targets by close coordination with the RegO Service team and the Supply chain team.

(2) Analysis of parts consumption, cordinating with technical team, maintain critical parts stock basis technicla failure /filed service actions

(3) To lay down the controlling guidelines in Spares Policy by comparisons with set policies, analysis of future targets, and review of market requirements, business terms and conditions. These guidelines are referred to while making important decisions.

(4)To support the M&M RegO Service team/ AD dealers for urgent supplies and concern resolution by following up the warehouse and plants, thus ensuring the availability of spare parts.

(5)To ensure capability building through training Parts managers and our own SBMs through an established training model based on the training needs identification.
