Base pay range

$2,345,000.00/yr - $2,345,000.00/yr

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of full stack software engineers, collaborating with global team members and stakeholders over the design and development of cool new product features and enhancements
• Remove roadblocks and/or bottlenecks for the teams and resolve questions in real timeEstablish and grow relationships in our organization with other stakeholders who support and advance our product
• Work with the Director on quality and process standards
• Review expectations and standards across the teams
• Help team members grow through mentoring, coaching, 1:1s, career planning, performance appraisals, etc.
• Build and develop new features and enhancements that will be a delight to our customers
• Advance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools

What you’ll need:

• 6+ years of software development experience plus 3 or more years’ experience managing/ mentoring software developers
• Prior experience working as a full stack developer; web-based or multi-tier systems is desired
• The ability to interact with both technical and non-technical members of an organization
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and come up to speed quickly on new technologies, and a self-motivated attitude
• Must have hands‑on experience in the following technologies: Microsoft .NET (C# and ASP.NET MVC), Microsoft SQL Server, Angular, Web APIs and AWS
• Hands‑on experience with GitHub best practices for team development involving feature branches, pull requests, release tags, etc. and Agile software development practices, unit testing, continuous integration, etc.
• The desire to learn, explore and experiment with AI tools
• A commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in our hiring and workplace practices
• Ability to drive results through your job competencies of influence, strategic execution, talent development, software program management, systems thinking and technical knowledge while leveraging NAVEX's core values

• The starting pay rate for this role is 2,345,000 INR per annum with 5% MBO.
