Job summary

NAVEX Global, Inc. invites an experienced Payroll Partner to ensure accurate and timely payroll across India, Japan, and EMEA. The role emphasizes India payroll expertise, regulatory compliance, and cross‑country data integrity, with collaboration across Finance and regional teams.

You will support system updates, analytics, and Talent Rewards processes, while embracing AI tools to boost efficiency. This hybrid role offers growth in a high‑performance, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience processing and supporting global payroll in a multinational organization.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent international certification preferred.
  • Strong English language skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience with enterprise payroll systems such as Dayforce or ADP Celergo.

Responsibilities

  • Support payroll processing for 300+ team members across different geographies, including India, Japan and EMEA. Strong India payroll experience required.
  • Support payroll operations across multiple countries, managing different pay frequencies, currencies, and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and regional partners to ensure payroll accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Maintain and reconcile payroll accounts, supporting month-end close and audit processes.
  • Stay current on international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist with payroll system updates, testing, and implementations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide exceptional service to team members by responding promptly to payroll inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
  • Support reporting and analytics efforts for global payroll metrics.
  • Provide operational support for Talent Rewards programs, including preparing and maintaining job change worksheets, processing job changes in the HRIS, and producing recurring and ad hoc reports to support data accuracy, program administration, and business needs.
  • Advance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools.

What you’ll do:

Our side of the deal:

  • The starting pay rate for this role is 2,000,000 INR per annum. Shifts ending between 12:00 AM IST and 07:00 AM IST are eligible for a night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
