- Awareness of Operations Intelligence and how to translate business problems into data-driven insights
- Understanding workflows that can benefit from intelligent automation (claims processing, eligibility verification, etc.)
- Ability to work with data teams to define features and requirements for AI-powered solutions
- Healthcare domain expertise (clinical, Digital intake, claims, member services)
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (EHR, claim platforms, payer systems)
- Experience working with BPO/managed services models
- PMP, CSPM, or advanced certification in project/product management
