Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Manager Settlement in the Operations department to oversee end-to-end settlement processes for equity, derivatives, and other instruments.

You will coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and clearing corporations to ensure smooth operations and compliance with SEBI regulations. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in settlement operations within financial services, broking, or depository domains and a First Class Graduate in Commerce/

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of settlement operations experience in financial services, broking, or depository domain.
• First Class Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of NSCCL/ ICCL/ CDSL/ NSDL settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end settlement processes for equity, derivatives, and other instruments.
• Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and clearing corporations.
• Monitor reconciliation of funds and securities on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.
• Implement process improvements and reduce settlement risks.

Educational Qualification:

• First Class Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration).
