Role Description

The Settlement Analyst role at HexawareTechnologies1 is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Settlement Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, reconciling, and processing trade settlements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Day-to-day tasks include validating transaction details, investigating and resolving settlement discrepancies, coordinating with trading and operations teams, and preparing regular reports on settlement status and exceptions. The role involves close collaboration with finance and risk functions to minimize settlement risk and support smooth end-of-day and end-of-month processes. The Settlement Analyst will also contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and implementation of best practices in settlement operations.
