Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation in Raipur is seeking a Manager - Service Strategy Digital Transformation to lead retrofit and modernization initiatives for automation products. This role emphasizes hands-on technical guidance, customer interactions, and strategic oversight in a dynamic service environment.

The candidate will visit customers with the service team, support partners in BOM derivation, and guide installations of connected switchgear and automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in product selection, technical support, and commissioning of automation products.
• Knowledge of automation products (drives, PLCs, relays, HMI, etc.).
• Experience in software solutions and connecting products to customers/PSUs.

Responsibilities

• Business development for retrofit/upgrade modernization of digital automation systems.
• Visit customers with service teams to showcase retrofit/upgrade solutions.
• Support solution partners in deriving BOMs for retrofitted systems.
• Provide technical support to service centers and partners for switchgear/automation product installation.
• Visit sites for technical support during commissioning.
• Market and sell digital automation products and peripherals to grow revenue.

Job Summary

Designation: Manager - Service Strategy Digital Transformation - Raipur

Experience: 4 to 8 years experience in Product Selection, Technical Support Commissioning of Automation Products like Drives, PLC, Relays Software Solutions and connected products to customers and various PSUs

Responsibilities

• Business Development for Retrofit/Upgrade Modernisation of Digital Automation products systems/solutions.
• Visit customers along with Service team/Service centres/Modernization Solution partners independently to showcase/explain Retrofit/Upgrade/Modernisation solutions.
• Support to Solution Partners for deriving Bill of material for a system to be retrofitted/ Upgraded.
• Providing technical support to Service centres/Solution partners for Selection/installation of connected Switchgear Digital, Automation products.
• Visit sites for technical support during commissioning.
• Sales Marketing of Automation/Connected Products Software + Peripherals Focus to Increase Topline Bottomline through Digital connected products Solutions.

Requirements

• Sound Knowledge of Market/Zone/Customer Base for operations of Digital Solutions
