• Collaborate with global stakeholders and drive multiple learning initiatives.
• 2-year assignment with Deloitte Global, then transition back to Deloitte India Audit.

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring for the role of Manager/Senior Manager Learning Content Developer within Deloitte's Global Audit & Assurance Learning team.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong Statutory Audit background, with content development/technical writing experience being an important criterion.

• Partner with Deloitte Global Learning teams and subject matter experts to develop Audit & Assurance learning content.
• Lead the design and development of technical learning solutions and curriculum for Deloitte's global network.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and drive multiple learning initiatives.
• 2-year assignment with Deloitte Global, followed by a transition back to the Deloitte India Audit practice post the completion of assignment.

Preferred candidate profile

• They should be qualified CA with not more than 4 attempts in CA Final.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit, currently working at the Manager/Senior Manager level.
• They must have strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards, audit methodology and be abreast with current trends in markets.
• Experience in facilitation, learning content development, technical writing, or delivering technical training is preferred.
• Basic skill set in AI and keen interest to learn and explore AI with the context of Audit Learning.
• They should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.
• They must have ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
• They should have good presentation & communication skills.
• They should also be well versed with MS office tools.
• They should be open and honest in communication.
• They must be fluent in written & verbal English.
