Hireginie Talent Cloud is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager – Intercity Programs in Delhi NCR. You will define and scale PMF for the Intercity Outstation offering across partner and customer ecosystems, identifying market opportunities, shaping category strategy, and driving cross-functional execution for sustainable growth.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience and a B.Tech/Engineering degree, with a strong emphasis on analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement to drive business

Responsibilities

• Own program deliverables and drive execution across the project lifecycle.
• Manage key partnerships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Business and Analytics teams to scale solutions.
• Drive PMF for Intercity offerings through market insights and category development.
• Monitor metrics and optimize pricing and onboarding processes to improve performance.

About the Role:

As a Manager / Senior Manager – Intercity Programs ,you will play a vital role in defining and scaling the Product-Market Fit (PMF) for Intercity Outstation offering across partner and customer ecosystems. The role will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, shaping the category strategy, strengthening the partner ecosystem, and driving cross-functional execution to deliver sustainable business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Program & Stakeholder Management:

• Own program deliverables and drive execution across the project lifecycle.
• Manage key partnerships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Business and Analytics teams to execute scalable solutions.

Product-Market Fit & Category Development:

• Drive the evolution of the Intercity Product-Market Fit by identifying customer, partner and category needs.
• Conduct market research, data analysis and competitive assessment to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and refine market offerings, operating models and strategies to strengthen the Intercity business.
• Identify and build the right partner ecosystem for the vertical.

Commercial & Operational Performance:

• Optimize pricing strategies and supply onboarding processes for the Intercity vertical.
• Own key operational and business metrics and drive initiatives to improve business health, efficiency and growth.
• Analyze partner and customer behaviour to improve engagement, adoption and overall experience.
• Establish structured feedback loops and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the business.

Product Marketing & Growth:

• Ideate, launch and manage product marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and growth.
• Develop market-facing propositions and align messaging with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve product adoption and strengthen market positioning.

Experimentation & Continuous Improvement:

• Design and execute rapid structural, operational and marketing experiments.
• Measure outcomes using relevant business and operational metrics.
• Translate learnings into actionable improvements and iterate quickly based on data and market feedback.
