Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai seeks an experienced FP&A professional to own the annual operating plan, forecasting, and variance analyses, coordinating with operations and strategy teams. You will build advanced financial models in Excel, develop strategic decks for co-investors and senior management, and drive reporting improvements across monthly and quarterly cycles.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Own the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives such as capital allocation, cost optimization through robust analysis, SG&A analysis.
