Qualifications

• Graduate (Science preferably). B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. will be an added advantage.
• Tenure: Min 10 years.

Responsibilities

• PR to PO Conversion – Timely convert Purchase Requisition to Purchase Orders.
• Follow up with vendors on timely delivery of goods, price enquiry, base negotiation, etc.
• Coordinate with CQA Team – Vendor Audit and VQ Documents; SSC Team – payments to vendors; Plant Warehouse – timely unloading of vehicles.
• Coordinate with Plant Supply Chain – Planning of APIs; Plant QC/QA – API approvals.
• IRA – Form 10 approval; Logistics – timely clearance of import shipments and uploading documents online.
• Support for Variations, Renewals for existing commercial APIs – coordination with vendors for COA and specs.
• Support AVD Projects as needed; manage Supply Agreements.

Key responsibilities :

• PR to PO Conversion – Timely convert Purchase Requisition to Purchase Orders

20% Travelling (For Domestic - India visits only)
