Job summary

Mango Advisors LLP in Mumbai seeks a Chartered Accountant with 0–1 year of experience to lead quantitative and qualitative analysis across projects, create financial models, and summarize findings for client use.

You will map lending scenarios, engage with Banks, NBFCs, and real estate funds, and support deal structuring, term sheets, and fund-raising efforts while building sector knowledge and strong communication throughout.

Qualifications

• Must be Chartered Accountant with 0–1 year work experience or freshers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map lending scenarios for Mumbai-based lenders/credit providers.
• Prepare IMs, structure pitches, and list potential lenders.
• Coordinate term sheets and sanctions; support deal closing with borrowers and lenders.
• Build sector knowledge: trends, opportunities, and deal valuation insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and real estate funds; ensure fundraising success.

Job description

The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. You will manipulate datasets, create financial models, and summarize findings in a succinct manner for client's usage.

• Map the entire lending scenario (be it regional offices or work along with HO for MUMBAI based lenders/credit providers). Establish and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Real Estate Debt/Equity Funds, Investors, etc. for successful fund raising.
• Tasks would include business selection process, IM preparation, Structuring/Pitch, List of lenders, get Term-sheet/Sanctions, Work along with buy side to close the deal between Borrower/Lender, Documentation, Support Fees collection.
• Building a strong knowledge base on the sector(s) – Trends, Opportunities, Industry views, comparative deal analysis, valuation insights, etc.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
