Job summary

CA Monk is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in SME Lending, Mid-Corporate Lending, Corporate Lending or Corporate Credit. The role involves building lender relationships, credit appraisal, and end-to-end deal closure across banks, NBFCs, and debt funds.

Ideal candidates have strong financial analysis, credit assessment skills, and stakeholder management capabilities, with 1st or 2nd attempt preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with relevant SME/Mid-Corporate lending experience.
• 1st or 2nd attempt preferred.
• Proven exposure to Banks, NBFCs, Debt Funds or similar lending institutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Debt Funds and other lending institutions.
• Understand borrower funding requirements and identify suitable lenders.
• Conduct credit analysis and financial appraisal.
• Prepare Information Memorandums, credit proposals and lender presentations.
• Support deal structuring and lender pitching.
• Coordinate for term sheets, sanctions and approvals.
• Work with borrowers and lenders through documentation and transaction closure.
• Track lender appetite, sector trends and financing opportunities.
• End-to-end exposure across lender mapping, IM preparation, structuring, pitching, sanctions, documentation and deal closure.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Manager: 1-3 years | ₹16-24 LPA

Chief Manager: 6-8 years | ₹25-30 LPA
