Resonia Limited, Mandya-Dharwad KA, is seeking an experienced Manager/Assistant Manager for Strategic Sourcing—SCM to lead site SCM operations on large EPC power transmission projects. 8–17 years of experience and a graduation are required, with SAP/ERP and Excel proficiency.

The role emphasizes timely material availability, strong vendor management, and cross-functional coordination with project, engineering, QA/QC, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transmission Line EPC Projects
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Control, Vendor Management, Billing, and Contract Administration.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Site SCM operations, including material planning, procurement coordination, logistics, stores, and inventory management.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for foundation, tower erection, stringing, and associated construction activities by closely coordinating with Project, Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Finance, and Corporate SCM teams.
• Drive vendor coordination, manufacturing follow-up, dispatch planning, logistics tracking, and material reconciliation to keep project execution on schedule.
• Monitor inventory, identify supply chain risks, and proactively resolve material and logistics bottlenecks.
• Manage SCM MIS, procurement trackers, inventory reports, and material dashboards to support data-driven project execution.
