Job summary

Resonia Limited in Karnataka is seeking a Manager Projects to lead the execution of power transmission projects. The role focuses on coordinating regulatory clearances, ROW, and safety compliance while delivering results on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will guide ground teams, plan procurement, and manage a portfolio spanning multiple states with EPC/PPP involvement. A strong background in project management is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading transmission project execution within budget and schedule.
• Exposure to statutory clearances and Right of Way processes.
• Ability to coordinate with EPC/PPP projects across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory clearances like PLC, Railway, NH, SH, Forest, and other permissions for transmission line construction.
• Monitor project execution with the reporting manager to deliver outputs within budget and time.
• Plan and monitor supply and inventory to complete projects on time.
• Develop and build capabilities for the Projects Organization in regulatory/ROW/Forest clearances, quality, safety, and contracting.
• Develop project execution plans to avoid deviations and guide site teams during challenges.
• Build a team of project leaders capable of handling ROW resolutions and clearance complexities.
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain adherence to international best practices in quality, safety, and environment.

Role Title- Manager Projects.

Total Positions- 6

Profile Summary- Responsible for execution of Project within budget cost and time in accordance with norms/regulations; Provide guidance/suggest corrective actions to the respective team for operational excellence. Leading for obtaining the Statutory clearances of project and Right of Way Clearance for execution of Project.

KRA-

• Lead the Statutory clearances like PLC, Railway, NH, SH, Forest, PTCC and other statutory clearance required for construction of transmission line. Leading the Right of Way Clearance with ground team within budgeted cost.
• Monitoring the Project Execution in consultation with Reporting Manager to get the required output form EPC. Planning and Monitoring of Supply and inventory of materials required to complete the project on time.
• Lead profitable, on-time and within budget execution of a portfolio of power transmission projects spanning several states and across customer segments comprising EPC and PPP projects
• Direct, Develop and Build capabilities for the Projects Organization across specialized capabilities related to Project Management, Execution, Front Creation (Regulatory/ROW /Forest clearances), Quality/Safety/Health & Environment and Contracting.

• Develop and recommend project execution plan/schedule to avoid deviations from approved plans. Provide guidance/ suggest corrective actions to Site Teams whenever challenges arise.

• Developing a team of project leaders capable of executing projects involving ROW resolutions and statutory clearances complexities.

• Proactively identify potential Risks , problems and develop & execute mitigation plans.

• Building a culture of adherence to the international best practices relating to quality, safely, environment and health issues.

• Update schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets as required

Final responsibility of planning and execution of project regularly report project status across sites to Project Director
