Resonia Limited in Hampapura, Karnataka, invites applications for Manager- SCM to lead end-to-end sourcing activities for sub-station projects.

The role involves cost modelling, vendor development, RFx management, and close collaboration with engineering teams. Proficiency in SAP MM and strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Candidates should hold BE Civil or Electrical and have 6-10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BE Civil or Electrical degree required.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with substation packages and BoQ cost estimation.
• Understanding of RFx processes and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Bottoms-up cost modelling and BoQ-based estimation for sub-station packages.
• Cost and price analytics; assess commodity trends and impacts on costs.
• Vendor assessment and development support.
• Technical-commercial understanding of sub-station equipment and suppliers.
• Manage RFx end-to-end from requirements to price discovery.
• Review bids from a total cost of ownership basis.
• Plan and prepare for strategic negotiations.
• Knowledge of SAP MM module.

Position Title and Location

Manager- SCM, Hampapura Karnataka

Purpose of Role

End to End acitivies in Sourcing activities

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Should/Bottoms up cost modelling and estimation of cost based on BoQ for sub-station packages.
• Cost and Price analytics, trend assessment of commodities and it’s impact on cost scenarios.
• Vendor assessment and hand holding through out vendor development process.
• Having techno commercial understanding of Sub-station equipment including suppliers eco system across high voltage rating.
• Complete understanding of RFx (RFP,RFQ, RFI etc) process and hands on experience on managing RFx end to end process (requirement consolidation till price discovery).
• Reviewing bids from suppliers from TCO perspective.
• Develop plan and preparation for strategic negotiation.
• Knowledge of SAP MM Module.
