Job summary

Resonia (formerly Sterlite Power) seeks a Manager - SCM to lead sourcing activities and end-to-end RFx management for sub-station packages.

You will perform bottom-up cost modelling, price analytics, and supplier development while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across projects. This role requires frequent travel and a techno-commercial understanding of high voltage equipment, with SAP MM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Complete understanding of RFx (RFP, RFQ, RFI) process and hands-on experience managing RFx end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Bottoms up cost modelling and estimation of cost based on BoQ for sub-station packages.
• Cost and price analytics, trend assessment of commodities and its impact on cost scenarios.
• Vendor assessment and hand holding through out vendor development process.
• Techno-commercial understanding of Sub-station equipment including suppliers ecosystem across high voltage rating.
• Knowledge of RFx process and hands on experience on managing RFx end to end process (requirement consolidation till price discovery).
• Reviewing bids from suppliers from a TCO perspective.
• Develop plan and preparation for strategic negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for closure of RFx process.
