Job summary

Resonia, formerly Sterlite Power, is seeking a Manager - ROW to monitor ROW issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them. The role focuses on ensuring project delivery on time and budget, and maintaining strong relationships with district administrations and other authorities.

Travel to project sites is expected, and the position emphasizes driving ROW performance metrics and implementing risk mitigation initiatives to set industry benchmarks.

• Overall monitoring of ROW (Right of Way) issues based on severity and its resolution.
• ROW clearances to ensure project delivery on time and budget.
• Deal with District Administration for resolution of critical ROW issues and handling Legal issues pertaining to ROW in Lines.
• Drive monitoring of ROW performance metrics, reporting of metrics to project mgmt./senior mgmt. team and identification of risk mitigation steps and develop initiatives to set industry benchmark

Position Summary

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Overall monitoring of ROW (Right of Way) issues based on severity and its resolution, Support for Develop and meet requirements of National and Multilateral requirements, Maintain Cost efficiency, Budgets planning and asset management.
• ROW clearances to ensure project delivery on time and budget.
• Deal with District Administration for resolution of critical ROW issues and handling Legal issues pertaining to ROW in Lines.
• Drive monitoring of ROW performance metrics, reporting of metrics to project mgmt./senior mgmt. team and identification of risk mitigation steps and develop initiatives to set industry benchmark
