Job summary

ALPAULS in Mumbai seeks a Manager – Sales & CRM (Salesforce) to drive sales and distribution for industrial and specialty chemicals from Andheri. The role requires leading coordination with internal teams and distributors, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving sales targets with strong CRM oversight.

The candidate should have a chemistry background with an MBA in Marketing or International Business, minimum 5 years in chemical sales/distribution, and expertise in SAP and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Chemistry with MBA in marketing/IB.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and distribution in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce CRM is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and distribution for industrial chemicals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and distributors for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales targets vs. actual performance and drive target achievement.
• Track field visits and follow-up to generate business.
• Handle distributor docs: NDAs, agreements, exclusivity, supply contracts.
• Manage daily email communications and support for distributors and internal team.

Key Skills Required

• Experience in Sales & Distribution Administration in the Chemical Industry
• Mandatory knowledge of SAP and Salesforce CRM
• Knowledge of Fine Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals, Personal & Healthcare Chemicals, Triazine-Based Chemicals or UV Absorbers
• Knowledge of International Business Operations and Exports
• Experience in Distributor Management and Customer Relationship Management

Job Responsibilities

• Manage sales and distribution administration for industrial chemicals.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Marketing, Logistics teams and distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor customer and distributor performance, sales targets and actual sales, and follow up on target achievement.
• Track customer visits and follow-up activities to generate business.
• Handle distributor documentation, including NDAs, distributor agreements, supply agreements and exclusivity agreements.
• Manage daily email correspondence, coordination and support for distributors and the internal sales team.
