Job summary

Sterlite Power is seeking a professional to oversee Right of Way (ROW) issues, ensuring compliance with National and Multilateral requirements and driving timely project delivery. The role involves district administration liaison, securing land compensation, and proactive risk mitigation through performance metrics and executive reporting.

The candidate will coordinate with project teams to maintain budget efficiency and develop industry benchmark initiatives, with a focus on strategic ROW

Responsibilities

• Overall monitoring of ROW issues based on severity and resolution, support for developing and meeting National and Multilateral requirements.
• ROW clearances to ensure project delivery on time and budget.
• Deal with District Administration for resolution of critical ROW issues and handling legal issues pertaining to ROW in Lines.
• Securing orders from District Administration for Land Compensation.
• Drive monitoring of ROW performance metrics, reporting to project management and senior management, and identifying risk mitigation steps.

• Overall monitoring of ROW (Right of Way) issues based on severity and its resolution, Support for Develop and meet requirements of National and Multilateral requirements, Maintain Cost efficiency, Budgets planning and asset management.
• ROW clearances to ensure project delivery on time and budget.
• Deal with District Administration for resolution of critical ROW issues and handling Legal issues pertaining to ROW in Lines.
