Job summary

Resonia, formerly Sterlite Power, is seeking a Manager - ROW to monitor ROW issues and drive resolutions with project stakeholders across India. The role involves frequent travel and close coordination with district administrations to ensure timely project delivery.

You will oversee risk, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to cost optimization while maintaining adherence to project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ROW issues by severity and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with national and multilateral requirements and manage costs.
• Engage with District Administration to resolve ROW and legal issues.
• Secure land compensation approvals from District Administration.
• Monitor ROW performance metrics and report risks to management.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Overall monitoring of ROW (Right of Way) issues based on severity and its resolution, Support for Develop and meet requirements of National and Multilateral requirements, Maintain Cost efficiency, Budgets planning and asset management.
• ROW clearances to ensure project delivery on time and budget
• Deal with District Administration for resolution of critical ROW issues and handling Legal issues pertaining to ROW in Lines
• Securing orders from District Administration for the Land Compensation
• Drive monitoring of ROW performance metrics, reporting of metrics to project mgmt./senior mgmt. team and identification of risk mitigation steps and develop initiatives to set industry benchmark
