Job summary

Resonia, formerly Sterlite Power, seeks a ROW – Manager to monitor Right of Way issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders to ensure project delivery. The role involves frequent travel and close interaction with district administrations and project teams.

The successful candidate will drive ROW performance metrics, manage risk mitigation initiatives, and help ensure alignment with national requirements and budgets. This position requires on-site presence across project sites in India.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ROW issues by severity and drive resolution with stakeholders
• Obtain ROW clearances to support on-time project delivery
• Engage with District Administration to resolve ROW and related legal issues
• Secure land compensation orders from District Administration
• Track ROW performance metrics and report risks to mgmt with mitigation plans

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Overall monitoring of ROW (Right of Way) issues based on severity and its resolution, Support for Develop and meet requirements of National and Multilateral requirements, Maintain Cost efficiency, Budgets planning and asset management.
• ROW clearances to ensure project delivery on time and budget.
• Deal with District Administration for resolution of critical ROW issues and handling Legal issues pertaining to ROW in Lines.
• Securing orders from District Administration for the Land Compensation
• Drive monitoring of ROW performance metrics, reporting of metrics to project mgmt./senior mgmt. team and identification of risk mitigation steps and develop initiatives to set industry benchmark
