Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RCM from patient admission, billing, discharge, claims to payment realization.
• Oversee TPAs, insurance, corporate clients and government schemes.
• Drive accounts receivable collections, reduce DSO and ageing of receivables.
• Monitor tariff, costing, and revenue leakage to optimize billing and revenue.
• Ensure timely claim submission, rejection management and realization.
• Prepare RCM dashboards covering revenue, collections, DSO, ageing, claims and payer-wise performance.

Position: Business Office Manager

Experience: 10–12+ years

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Insurance, Billing, Collections and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), preferably from a large hospital or healthcare organization. The candidate should have excellent IT, MIS and analytical skills, strong communication abilities and the capability to manage high-volume business office operations and teams.

Key Role

Manage end-to-end RCM from patient admission, billing, discharge, claims to payment realization

TPA & Insurance : Manage TPAs, insurance, corporate clients and government schemes

AR & Collections: Drive collections, reduce DSO, ageing and outstanding receivables

Revenue Management: Monitor tariff, costing, estimate vs. actual billing and revenue leakage

Claims ,Ensure timely claim submission, rejection management and realization

MIS : Prepare RCM dashboards covering revenue, collections, DSO, ageing, claims and payer-wise performance

Coordination : Work with Billing, Finance, Admissions, Operations, TPA/Insurance, AR and Collections teams

Technology : Experience with HIS/RCM software; Advanced Excel/Power BI preferred
