Job summary

IQ-EQ Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Lead to manage the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables and strong compliance with regulatory standards. You will drive efficiency, mentor staff, and coordinate with onshore teams and governance reporting.

The role emphasizes leadership, KPI-driven performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to scale processes while maintaining high controls and stakeholder trust within a global asset

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising teams in financial services, regulatory reporting, fund services, depositary, or similar environments.
• Ability to oversee deadline-driven deliverables, operate against KPIs and SLAs, and manage workflow and issue escalation.
• Demonstrated leadership through coaching, performance management, and staff development.
• Exposure to AIFMD Annex IV, offshore delivery models, and collaboration with onshore stakeholders in matrixed environments.

THIS ROLE

Responsible for managing the Regulatory Reporting team by ensuring accurate and timely deliverables, driving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering stakeholder collaboration and team development.

• You bring preferred expertise with exposure to AIFMD Annex IV, offshore delivery models, and collaboration with onshore stakeholders in matrixed environments.
