Job summary

Sadbhav Futuretech in Chhattisgarh seeks a Manager Quality / Quality Engineer to lead QA/QC for ground-mounted solar EPC projects. You will implement Quality Plans, ITPs, checklists, and inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.

The role requires 5–15 years in QA/QC, a BE/BTech or Diploma in relevant engineering, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients on quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering.
• 5–15 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Solar EPC, Ground Mount Solar, Power, Infrastructure or Construction projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITP, NCR, inspection & testing, material inspection and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities for ground-mounted solar projects.
• Ensure project execution meets quality standards, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Prepare and implement Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, Checklists & Inspection Procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works.
• Monitor quality of activities including pile foundation, MMS installation, module installation, DC/AC cabling, earthing and associated civil works.
• Inspect incoming materials and verify test certificates, specifications and approved quality standards.

We are looking for passionate and experienced Quality Professionals to join our Ground Mount Solar Division in Chhattisgarh and contribute to the successful execution of large-scale solar projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities for ground-mounted solar projects.


• Ensure project execution meets approved quality standards, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.


• Prepare and implement Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, Checklists & Inspection Procedures.


• Conduct quality inspections for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works.


• Monitor quality of activities including pile foundation, MMS installation, module installation, DC/AC cabling, earthing and associated civil works.


• Inspect incoming materials and verify test certificates, specifications and approved quality standards.


• Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.


• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Contractors, Vendors, Consultants and Clients on quality-related matters.


• Conduct internal quality audits and support client/third-party inspections.


• Maintain complete quality documentation, inspection reports and testing records.


• Monitor project quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement and reduction in rework.


• Guide and mentor site-level Quality Engineers/Inspectors and ensure effective implementation of QA/QC systems.

What We're Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline.


• 5–15 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Solar EPC, Ground Mount Solar, Power, Infrastructure or Construction projects.


• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITP, NCR, inspection & testing, material inspection and quality documentation.


• Experience in handling site quality activities independently.


• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.


• Candidates willing to work at project sites in Chhattisgarh.
