Larsen & Toubro in India seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance Leader with a Civil Engineering background to oversee QC, inspections, and QMS implementation across casting, forging, fabrication, and machining.

You will coordinate internal and external audits, lead CAPA, train staff, liaise with customers and inspection agencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and report findings to senior management.

Formación

• Graduate in Civil Engineering required.
• Min 10 years' experience in Quality Control and inspection of casting, forging, fabrication and machining components.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
• Establish quality standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor production to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and supply chain.
• Prepare quality reports for senior management.
• Experience in preparation of QAP, inspection checklists and manufacturing process plans.
• Experience liaising with customers and TPI inspection agencies for inspection and clearance.
• Knowledge of ASME, ASTM and EN standards.
• Internal auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 45000.

• Applicant should be Graduate in Civil Engineering, with min 10 years' experience in Quality Control and inspection of Castings, Forgings, Fabrication and machining components.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
• Establish quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor production/processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.
• Should have experience in Preparation of QAP, Inspection checklist and Manufacturing Process Plan.
• Should have experience liaising with customer and TPI inspection agency for inspection and clearance.
• Should have knowledge of ASME , ASTM and EN standards.
• Should be an internal auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 45000 .
• Preferably at least one.
• Should have Good Communication skills and comfortable to work in team.
