Chiripal Poly Films Limited in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks an experienced procurement professional to handle end-to-end procurement of imported engineering and packaging materials, and related consumables for production. You will coordinate with international and domestic suppliers for RFQs, negotiations, POs, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers for RFQs, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor import shipments, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics activities.
• Ensure timely availability of packaging materials to support production planning.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRN) through SAP.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with stores, production, and planning teams.
• Track supplier performance, lead times, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and import regulations.
• Generate procurement reports, MIS, and purchase analysis reports.
