The role involves preparing PFDs, material and energy balances, obtaining approvals from government agencies, leading project team meetings, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, time, and cost targets while coordinating equipment procurement and execution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Define and implement a robust project review mechanism to ensure deliverables meet budget, time and risk escalations.
• Responsible for right design, selection, procurement, and execution of equipment and machinery.
• Conduct post project evaluation and manage internal customer satisfaction during project transition period.

Job description

Prepare PFDs, material balance, energy balance for all the products and Utilities requirements.

Obtaining various approvals required for execution of site activities from various government agencies.

Conduct periodic Meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

Define project teams deliverables and ensure that they are adhered with fine balance between Quality, Time, and Cost.

Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements and manage internal customer satisfaction during project transition period.

Define and implement a robust project review mechanism to ensure project deliverables are meet within approved budget, time & risk are escalated to appropriate level.

Responsible for right design, selection, procurement, and execution of equipment and machinery.
