Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a project engineer to study current processes and prepare a basic engineering package with cross functional teams.

You will prepare PFDs and material and energy balances for products and utilities, and secure approvals from government agencies.

You will lead project reviews and meetings, define deliverables, manage quality, time and cost, and oversee equipment design, procurement, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed study of current processes and prepare a basic engineering package with cross functional teams.
• Prepare PFDs and material and energy balances for products and utilities.
• Obtain approvals required for site activities from government agencies.
• Conduct periodic meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Define deliverables and ensure Quality, Time, and Cost targets are met.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and manage internal customer satisfaction during transition.
• Define and implement a robust project review mechanism to keep deliverables within budget and time.
• Oversee right design, selection, procurement, and execution of equipment and machinery.

Job description

Carry out detailed study of current process and prepare basic engineering package in coordination with cross functional team.

Prepare PFDs, material balance, energy balance for all the products and Utilities requirements.

Obtaining various approvals required for execution of site activities from various government agencies.

Conduct periodic Meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

Define project teams deliverables and ensure that they are adhered with fine balance between Quality, Time, and Cost.

Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements and manage internal customer satisfaction during project transition period.

Define and implement a robust project review mechanism to ensure project deliverables are meet within approved budget, time & risk are escalated to appropriate level.

Responsible for right design, selection, procurement, and execution of equipment and machinery.
