Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking a project engineer to study current processes and prepare basic engineering packages in coordination with cross functional teams. You will develop PFDs, material and energy balances for products and utilities, and secure approvals from government agencies for site activities.

You will lead project reviews, manage deliverables with respect to quality, time and cost, and evaluate project outcomes to improve future performance during transition.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed study of current process and prepare basic engineering package in coordination with cross functional team.
• Prepare PFDs, material balance, energy balance for all the products and Utilities requirements.
• Obtaining various approvals required for execution of site activities from various government agencies.
• Conduct periodic Meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Define project teams deliverables and ensure that they are adhered with fine balance between Quality, Time, and Cost.
• Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements and manage internal customer satisfaction during project transition period.
• Define and implement a robust project review mechanism to ensure project deliverables are meet within approved budget, time & risk are escalated to appropriate level.
• Responsible for right design, selection, procurement, and execution of equipment and machinery.
