Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a hands-on project engineer to drive process improvements from concept through execution in an Indian site. You will analyze current processes, prepare engineering packages, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Your role includes preparing PFDs and energy/material balances, obtaining approvals from government agencies, and defining robust review mechanisms to track progress and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed study of current process and prepare basic engineering package in coordination with cross functional team.
• Prepare PFDs, material balance, energy balance for all the products and Utilities requirements.
• Obtaining various approvals required for execution of site activities from various government agencies.
• Conduct periodic Meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Define project teams deliverables and ensure that they are adhered with fine balance between Quality, Time, and Cost.
• Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements and manage internal customer satisfaction during project transition period.
• Define and implement a robust project review mechanism to ensure project deliverables are meet within approved budget, time & risk are escalated to appropriate level.
• Responsible for right design, selection, procurement, and execution of equipment and machinery.
