Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions invites a seasoned sales professional to join our Mumbai-based team to spearhead project sales in Home Automation, Lighting Controls, AV and BMS for premium building projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years' experience, a strong network among architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, builders and hospitality clients, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets. Willingness to travel and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in project sales for home automation or related premium building products.
• Strong network with architects, designers, builders, and hospitality clients.
• Track record in specification/project sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics preferred or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive project sales for Home Automation, Lighting Controls, AV, and BMS.

• Drive project sales for Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio Visual (AV), and Building Management System (BMS) solutions.


• Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Electrical Consultants, Builders, Developers, and Hotel Projects.


• Generate new leads, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.


• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.


• Coordinate with quotation, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.


• Track project progress and identify opportunities for repeat business.


• Provide product presentations and solution-based selling to premium clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Project Sales within Home Automation, Lighting, AV, Security Systems, BMS, or other premium building products.


• Strong network with Architects, Consultants, Interior Designers, Builders, and Hospitality clients.


• Proven track record of handling specification/project sales and achieving revenue targets.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics preferred, or relevant experience in premium project sales.


• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to travel for client meetings.
