Breakthrough seeks a Manager – Programme Implementation based in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha to drive SPSU program implementation. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the State Lead-Odisha, with a focus on timely delivery and quality documentation.
The role requires 8–10 years of program management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across state and district teams, ensuring effective implementation and reporting frameworks.
The Manager – Programme Implementation will be based out of Bhubaneshwar, Odisha and will work with Strategic Partnership and Scale up (SPSU) vertical. The role involves coordinating SPSU program implementation in Odisha, ensuring timely implementation and spending of budgets, coordinating with government stakeholders and ensuring effective reporting and documentation. The person will report to State Lead-Odisha.
