We are looking for an experienced Manager – Professional Services to lead and deliver complex, multi-project programs across diverse clients and industries. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills, along with the ability to drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
• Track and monitor project progress across the lifecycle and communicate updates to senior stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Lead and guide project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive customer engagement by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support presales activities, pilot programs, and solution demonstrations.
• Assist in contract and Statement of Work (SOW) reviews during the sales cycle.
• Identify resource requirements, dependencies, and constraints.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
