Production Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Optimize production schedules, labor utilization, and resource allocation.
• Monitor production metrics and ensure adherence to quality, cost, and efficiency standards.
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians to achieve production goals.
• Train, motivate, and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance practices to minimize defects and rework.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
