Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a Manager- QMS, Visual inspection, Leak test to lead Quality Management System activities and oversee visual inspection and leak testing on the vial filling line. The role requires ensuring timely closure of QMS elements and providing oversight of isolator filling line and manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have 13–14 years of experience in QMS/QA, with a B. Pharmacy degree, and a proven track record in Kaizen-driven continuous improvement initiatives within

• B. Pharmacy degree is required.
• 13–14 years of experience in QMS, QA or manufacturing.
• Experience in visual inspection and leak testing of vial filling lines.
• Strong knowledge of Change Control, Investigations, CAPA and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS activities including Change Control, Investigations, CAPA and compliance.
• Oversee visual inspection and leak testing operations on the vial filling line.
• Ensure timely closure of QMS elements daily.
• Provide oversight of isolator filling line, manufacturing and unit prep.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling of all Quality Management System (QMS) activities including Change Control, Investigations, CAPA and compliance commitments.
• Manage and oversee visual inspection and leak testing operations for vial filling line.
• Ensure daily monitoring and timely closure of all QMS elements within specified timelines.
• Provide oversight of departmental activities including isolator filling line, manufacturing and unit preparation processes.
• Lead gap assessments in processes and ensure closure of identified gaps to maintain compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen projects.
