Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a Manager – Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement operations for accessories merchandise. The role focuses on vendor coordination, sourcing, and timely purchase and delivery processes to maintain supply continuity and quality standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with specifications, manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records using MS Excel and internal systems.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience working with vendors and managing procurement documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

As part of the Mahindra Auto Accessories team, the Manager – Procurement will be responsible for supporting end-to-end procurement operations for accessories merchandise. This role will ensure efficient vendor coordination, timely sourcing, and seamless execution of purchase and delivery processes. The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining supply continuity, quality standards, and operational efficiency across the procurement value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Support vendor identification, onboarding, and sourcing activities across accessories categories.
• Coordinate with vendors for sampling, pricing, and order confirmations.

Purchase Order Management

• Assist in the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders.
• Ensure adherence to procurement processes and documentation standards.

Delivery & Supply Management

• Track delivery schedules and proactively resolve supply and logistics issues.

Data Management & Reporting

Quality & Compliance Support

• Assist in quality inspections, approvals, and adherence to product standards.
• Work closely with procurement and product teams to ensure compliance with specifications.

Experience
