Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in process/quality engineering or operations improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC execution experience required.
• Hands-on statistical tools: DoE, SPC, regression and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with process mining/intelligence tools (Power BI, Celonis).
• FMEA and risk assessment experience.
• Capacity planning and time series forecasting expertise.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI tools in operations.
• Proficient in Excel (advanced) and data visualization; Python/Minitab helpful.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in process engineering, quality engineering, or operations improvement
  
• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC execution experience mandatory)
  
• Hands-on experience in statistical tools: DoE, SPC, regression, hypothesis testing
  
• Experience with process mining / intelligence tools (Power BI, Celonis, etc.)
  
• Proven experience in FMEA and risk assessment frameworks
  
• Strong capability in capacity planning and time series forecasting
  
• Exposure to AI/GenAI tools in operational environments
  
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Python or Minitab, and data visualization tools
