Job summary

Freudenberg in Pune, India is seeking an accomplished engineer to lead major projects from design through testing. You will plan, model, and analyze engineering work, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing budgets to meet timelines.

You will also develop technical docs, mentor junior engineers, and drive improvements, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) or related field; master's or certs are a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering roles with leadership and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software, simulations, and engineering tools.
